Chef Bunch was born and raised in Crystal River and operates the restaurant with the help of his family and an outstanding staff, committed to service.
For the past eleven years, Oysters’ Restaurant has been a favorite dining destination for both locals and visitors. Oysters is known for some of the freshest seafood in town. We feature a fresh fish of the day and freshly shucked Apalachicola Oysters – the restaurant’s namesake. Every Friday night, Oysters features the “Giant Fish Fry”. The dinner features a jumbo portion of fried fish, homemade hush puppies, homemade coleslaw and fries. On Sunday is the “Bunch’s famous Sunday Brunch Buffet” featuring two homemade Southern entrees, vegetables, salad bar and dessert selections. Oysters is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We offer daily specials, in addition to a full menu featuring everything from a homestyle breakfast, salads, homemade soups, sandwiches and a variety of seafood, chicken and beef entrees cooked to order.
